Water Reservoir
Capresso EC100’s slightly bigger body seems to be caused by the larger water reservoir. It has a 46-oz water tank, whereas DeLonghi EC155’s is only 35-oz. The difference is roughly equal to two or three cups of coffee, which is pretty significant if you don’t fancy doing the water refill.

Additional Features
DeLonghi EC155 boasts a self-priming operation. With DeLonghi EC155, there is no start-up preparation work to be made; it gets itself ready. It also features a swivel jet frother that functions to prepare high-quality latte and cappuccino. There is an integrated cup warmer, too, on the machine.

On the other hand, Capresso EC100 features a dual frother system. The frother consists of two parts. It has a Frothing Sleeve for frothing milk for cappuccinos. However, if the Frothing Sleeve is removed, then the Steam Tube is revealed for lattes. It also has a self-locking filter holder with thumbguard for safety, and a removable heavy-duty stainless steel cup warming platform.
