These two brewing machines come with different designs. In general, Keurig V700 is a little bit smaller and lighter than Keurig K75. Keurig V700 comes with a more symmetrical body, featuring a removable drip tray that keeps the operation neat and clean, and a touchscreen control on the top-right corner. The water tank capacity is 74 oz. On the other hand, Keurig K75 is not symmetrical due to having the water tank on the left side. The water reservoir is removable and is side-mounted, making it much easier and quicker to attach and detach. The capacity is 72 oz, only a little bit smaller than Keurig V700’s. Nevertheless, on the right side, you can find a large backlit display screen that provides intuitive and convenient information and control. Keurig K75 is also equipped with a removable drip tray.

Functions and Features
One thing to consider is the beverage pods that these machines use. Keurig V700 works with Vue pods, which are an older version and are relatively more difficult to find. Meanwhile, Keurig K75 works with the newer K-Cup pods which are widely available on the market.
Keurig V700 is popular due to the customizable settings. It is able to brew from 4 oz up to 18 oz, and you can also set the brew strength and temperature levels. There is even a very strong brew strength level, great whenever you need some powerful caffeine kick. It can also brew iced beverages. On the other hand, Keurig K75 can only brew from 4 oz up to 11.25 oz. There is a temperature control, but there is no brew strength control. Nevertheless, there is a 24-hour programmable clock and the model includes a water filter kit.

In general, Keurig K75 is the better way to go because it works with the K-Cup pods, which are now easier to find. Indeed, Keurig V700 is more feature-packed, but the Vue pods can be hard to obtain. But, hey, at least you have a programmable clock on Keurig K75!
