Nespresso Inissia Vs CitiZ

Hello again, coffee and espresso lovers. This time around, we are going to compare two Nespresso’s Original Line machines, which are Nespresso Inissia and Nespresso CitiZ. Maybe, some of you are currently trying to decide whether you should go all the way cheap with the Inissia, or sacrifice a few more bucks to get the CitiZ. I understand that it can be somehow a dilemma, since being a college student has put me in similar situations. Now, let us see which machine will be able to give you the fullest benefit! Let’s see : Nespresso VertuoLine Vs Inissia.

Nespresso Inissia Vs CitiZ

Honestly, there is not so much to compare about how these machines work. The user inserts a Nespresso capsule (the type of the capsule is the same on both products), press a button, then let the machine brew the drink. So, you can get similarly high-quality espresso from either the Inissia or the CitiZ. However, the additional features differ.

The primary factor of why you would prefer the CitiZ is that the model has a built-in frother. So, you can make cappuccinos and lattes, too, with the CitiZ. Meanwhile, the Inissia does not have such thing, although you can buy and install the Aeroccino Plus on the machine if you need a frother. Next, the CitiZ is an Original Line machine with the largest water tank (34 ounces). The Inissia only has 24 ounces reservoir capacity. You may not need to refill the CitiZ as often as the Inissia – which is neat. Finally, it is probably worth mentioning that Nespresso CitiZ uses a combination of plastic and metal for its material while Nespresso Inissia is entirely made of plastic. Therefore, it will not be surprising to see the CitiZ endures longer than the Inissia.
